What we expect from you

• Real estate-specific university degree

• Certification according to HypZert or fulfillment of the admission requirement is an advantage

• Professional experience in real estate valuation / real estate industry

• Knowledge of the real estate market

• Very good MS Office skills, knowledge of LORA

• Ability to work independently and autonomously

• Service-oriented, positive appearance

• Commitment, independence and ability to work in a team

Your range of tasks

• Independent preparation of market and mortgage lending value appraisals for commercial, residential and mixed-use properties residential and mixed-use properties (national)

• Analysis and preparation of valuation documents

• Preparation and execution of property inspections

• Collaboration in portfolio valuations
